Pasquale L. Givelekian - Tax and Commercial Dept. Manager
Pat’s professional expertise is in the areas of non-profit entities, construction and real estate development, as well as small businesses and start ups. Specifically, he focuses on tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, IRS and state taxation representation and arbitrage calculations. Pat graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science with Minors in Business, Finance, and Accounting. Pat also received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
